PROCEDURE FOR ESTIMATES
Free estimates are only for addresses within Miami Dade County.
The estimates will be made in compliance with current public health regulations to prevent the spread of the COVID 19 pandemic.
The area should be clear in such a way as to allow the estimator to do his work.
The hours for estimates are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
In case of reaching an agreement by both parties about the budget, a contract will be signed.
At the beginning of the project, the client must pay, in advance, 50% of the agreed total.
